*Gas-Powered Outdoor Equipment cannot be returned once gas or oil has been put in it, even if the Equipment has been drained of these materials.

In order to make your return process as convenient as possible, we encourage you to make your www.3dfastenersplus.com item returns to one of our 3D Fasteners Plus stores up to ten days after the original purchase date. Just follow these steps:

Find the nearest 3D Fasteners Plus retail store. Before visiting the store, place the item securely in the original package. Bring the original packing slip with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.
All products must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all the paperwork, parts and accessories to insure a full credit (purchase price not including shipping and handling or 15% restocking fee).*
Take the item and original packing list to your local 3D Fasteners Plus retail store.
The store associate will process your return and issue you store credit (minus shipping and handling, gift-wrap, or other additional charges) in the form of a 3D Fasteners Plus Merchandise Return card.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Items will be shipped within 3 business days of the order date.
The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.
